Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a  well known  and loved African coffee. Carrying very distinctive floral notes in its fragrance with a rich body and vibrant acidity.


Tanzanian Peaberry:  $9.50 per/pound   + shipping  

Tanzanian Peaberry is formed from a single seed rather than the typical two developed at the heart of the bean. Tanzanian Peaberry is an African coffee characterized by its sharp, winy acidity, medium body and moderately rich flavor.

Papua New Guinea is a medium to full-bodied coffee grown in the highlands of New Guinea.  This coffee is slightly sweet in flavor with medium acidityThis coffee has many of the unique flavors found in Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee.

Sumatran Mandheling Grade 1:  $9  per/pound + shipping

Sumatran Mandheling is very full-bodied, has an intense earthy flavor, and has one of the lowest degrees of acidity of any of our coffees.  Mandheling of Sumatra is considered the most full-bodied coffee in all the world.

Colombian Supremo:  $9  per/pound  + shipping 
Colombian Supremo is the highest-grade coffee available from South America. With beans large and uniform in size, full-bodied, moderately rich, slightly acidic, they possess an elusive winy tone that's become a favorite in America.

Costa Rican Tarrazu:  $9  per/pound  + shipping   

This strictly hard bean coffee (highest grade coffee available) is noted for its full body and richness. Containing good balance, acidity, body and character, with a hint of spice and some nutty overtones.


Guatemalan Antigua:  $9  per/pound  + shipping

This carefully cultivated arabica from the volcanic highlands of Guatemala Antigua is superbly aromatic. It's rich, lively, and full of flavor, yet very heavy bodied with bright acidity.


Organic, Fair Trade Coffee


Costa Rican Organic Lomas al Rio:  $10 per/pound  + shipping   
This coffee has a sweet, rich body, bold fruit tones with subtle chocolate, sweet all the way through, juicy citrus and chocolate aftertaste.
   As part of the Alianza de Mujeres en Cafe de Costa Rica (Women in Coffee Alliance of Costa Rica), this farm has the opportunity to provide women in the coffee sector with the necessary tools to enhance their participation on the national and international levels.

Papua New Guinea Organic:  $10 per/pound  + shipping   
From the Eastern Highlands Province, just south of the Equator.  Weather conditions are extremely favorable for this coffee.  Described as having a bright acidity, full body, floral, fruity, with complex & balanced flavor.


Colombian La Rochela, Valle de Cauca Organic:                                 $10 per/pound  + shipping  
The GRUPO LA ROCHELA S.A. C.I. is a family company with over 12 years of coffee production experience in the region of Trujillo, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. The decision to reconvert the coffee production from conventional to organic was taken in 1998, beginning with 20% of the total area. Starting in 1999, after having learned from the initial 20% conversion, the remainder of the production was converted to organic coffee.  Organic coffee from la Rochela is 100% Organic and has the following characteristics:  Fully traceable, Medium Aroma, Medium Acidity, Medium to high body, Medium Sweetness, Medium consistency, Low Astringency.

Hawaiian Kona, Captain Cooke:  $30  per/pound  + shipping
The southwest coast of Hawaii produces arguably the best coffee in the world!  Kona is medium-bodied, fairly acidic and has a very smooth, rich flavor.

Jamaican Blue Mountain, Wallenford:  $45  per/pound  + shipping
Jamaican Blue Mountain coffees are described as the best in the world. Perfectly balanced with a full-body, flavorful and aromatic with subtle acidity. Other gourmet coffees may be noted for one special characteristic but Jamaica Blue Mountain is noted only for its perfection.

Espresso Joe:  $10  per/pound + shipping
Espresso Joe is the perfect ending to a memorable meal or festive gathering. Our custom blend of specialty coffees from Latin America and Africa make a great tasting espresso with the perfect crema on top. We recommend our espresso have an extraction time between 20 and 25 seconds based on a long shot of 1.5 ounces.
